Public User Account Overview

Welcome to TrailHUB!

On May 1, 2021, TrailHUB officially launched a new, updated platform! We now have a brand new interface, as well as some great new features including the ability to view trail terrain profiles, expanded points of interest, and more!

Public users will need to create a new account in TrailHUB before subscribing to a trail system. Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer over public user accounts and saved trail systems, from the previous platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as you will need to create a new account and resubscribe to your favorite trail systems.

Public user accounts are free and account holders have the ability to subscribe to as many trail systems as desired once an account is created. 

  • You can find or search for nearby trail systems by exploring our website or directly through a link from a trail organization’s web page, email, social media, etc.

  • Receive alerts, updates or important notices from a favorite trail system, via email and/or sms text when you subscribe to a trail system from your Public User Account. Please note, we are no longer supporting the original mobile app from the app store. A new mobile app is currently in development and will be available later this year. For now, our current phone app is installed directly from the TrailHUB website.

TO ACCESS THE PUBLIC TRAILHUB PLATFORM:

Go to the TrailHUB homepage:

1.) View active TrailHUB Trail Systems by clicking the 'Explore Trail Systems!' button in the middle of the page

OR

2.) Sign into, or create a new, public user account by clicking ‘Public Users’ in upper right-hand corner

2.) A list of all the Active Trail Systems within TrailHUB will appear in the ‘View Trails’ menu

3.) Navigate Active TrailHUB Trail Systems by:

  • Scrolling through the Trail Systems list

  • Clicking on an activity

  • Entering a specific Organization Name in the list search field

  • Clicking on the map

  • Entering a specific location or zip code in the map search field
    (Please note: This will zoom the map only and not narrow the trail systems list at this time. We are working on modifying this and appreciate your patience as we continue to refine the new platform.)

 

4.) To select a Trail System, click on a Trail System name from the list or within the map. A new browser window will open to the selected Trail System.

Red Trail Cards and Dots = Closed
