Notices

Notices appear at the top of your ‘Trails’ menu or can be attached to specific trails.

Notices can easily be used in conjunction with Surface Conditions, Snow Reports and Points of Interest to bring attention or offer more information to your trail users.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) Select ‘Updates’ button in the top navigation bar.

2.) Select ‘Post Update’ to open the ‘Create Update’ menu

3.) Select ‘Notice’

4.) Write the content of your notice within the ‘Description’ field

5.) Choose the severity level of your update (info, warning or danger) from the drop down menu

6.) OPTIONAL: Enter URL info in the ‘More Info Link’ field if applicable

7.) Select an expiration date for your update. Your update will disappear on the selected date. This can be changed/updated at a later time if you need to extend your the duration of your notice.

8.) Switch toggle to ON to attach notice to specific trails or leave OFF to post a general notice at the top of your ‘Trails’ page. If attaching to specific trails, select relevant trails from drop down menu

9.) Switch toggle to ON to notify subscribers to your trail system of the update, or leave OFF if you do not want to send a notification to subscribers

10.) Select ‘Save’
