Billing Preferences

Use ‘Billing Preferences’ to manage your TrailHUB subscription

1.) Select ‘User Settings’

2.) Select ‘Billing’ located next to the ‘Details’ tab under Trail Manager Account

3.) To subscribe to a new plan, select ‘Please Select a Plan’ (This only appears if you are not currently enrolled in a plan)

4.) Shift the toggle for 'Annual Pricing' if you would like to pay yearly, or leave off if you prefer to pay monthly. You can also toggle between our standard and non-profit rates.

5.) Once you decide on a plan, select 'Choose Plan'. You will then be prompted to a payment screen and can pay from there via credit card.

6.) To update your billing information, payment method or to cancel your subscription, select ‘Manage Plan and Billing’ and follow prompts as needed.
